Campaign - Launch + event

Bandai Namco’s greatest launch of all time deserved an equally great campaign. After two years of planning, we developed a campaign for the entire Latin America that created over 10.4 million impressions in specialized portals, 5.9 million impressions in a transformation video of one of the main characters of the game, media campaign and content on social media, and the production of a themed, in-person event in São Paulo with over 200 hundred guests among press and influencers, which resulted in 70+ organic posts about the game with 100% positive reaction.

Garena, one of the biggest game companies in the world and the publisher of the battle royale phenomenon Free Fire, came to Latin America with a challenge for us: how to increase the engagement of their passionate and demanding community with high-quality content? We delved deep into planning and created a communication strategy executed through weekly and biweekly videos about different topics that catered the community’s interest. Dozens of videos were posted creating millions of views on a project that took place both in Latin America (Los Camperos) and in Brazil (Airdrop, Papo de Guarita, Vídeo Platinadas e Segue o Mestre) on Free Fire’s official channels.

GMD transformed Xbox’s physical presence at Brazil’s Comic-Con—Latin America’s largest pop culture festival—into a dominant digital experience. Our coverage strategy bridged the gap between the physical and online worlds, owning the digital narrative and bringing the grandeur of the event to millions of fans at home.The result was massive engagement, totaling 33 million views (with 22 million on TikTok alone), 11 million reach on Instagram, and over 125,000 interactions. GMD was the strategic partner responsible for transforming the launch of Comic-Con in Mexico into a digital phenomenon in just eight months. The campaign generated an impressive increase of +459% in views and +120% in interactions, reaching 1.9 million users and 2.6 million views on Instagram alone, reinforcing the authenticity and high impact of the innovative content.

Did you know that Petrobras—Brazil’s multinational energy giant—funded the development of Lua, the very programming language that powers the Roblox phenomenon? We revived this history of innovation with the 'Missão Lua' (Moon Mission) campaign, a fun, introductory course on game development. Partnering with tech influencer RodDev, our content strategy focused on demystifying coding for a younger audience. The campaign reached a massive scale, delivering over 500,000 organic views on YouTube and 4 million plays on TikTok, proving the effectiveness of GMD’s creative approach.

Salto dos sonhos - Dream Leap

The challenge for Brasilprev—the absolute leader in the Brazilian private pension and retirement market—was to rejuvenate the brand and deliver financial literacy to a broader audience in a playful and innovative way. To achieve this, GMD turned retirement planning into a relevant topic for the gaming universe through the interactive experience “Salto dos Sonhos” (Dream Leap) inside Fortnite, one of the biggest phenomena in the entertainment industry. The campaign exceeded all targets, delivering over 50.3 million impressions and 680,000 views, with a CPV 42% lower than estimated, proving that creativity generates real connections and results.
