Bandai Namco’s greatest launch of all time deserved an equally great campaign. After two years of planning, we developed a campaign for the entire Latin America that created over 10.4 million impressions in specialized portals, 5.9 million impressions in a transformation video of one of the main characters of the game, media campaign and content on social media, and the production of a themed, in-person event in São Paulo with over 200 hundred guests among press and influencers, which resulted in 70+ organic posts about the game with 100% positive reaction.
Garena, one of the biggest game companies in the world and the publisher of the battle royale phenomenon Free Fire, came to Latin America with a challenge for us: how to increase the engagement of their passionate and demanding community with high-quality content? We delved deep into planning and created a communication strategy executed through weekly and biweekly videos about different topics that catered the community’s interest. Dozens of videos were posted creating millions of views on a project that took place both in Latin America (Los Camperos) and in Brazil (Airdrop, Papo de Guarita, Vídeo Platinadas e Segue o Mestre) on Free Fire’s official channels.
HyperX is a top-of-ming brand and leader in sales of peripherals to the gaming audience. For 10 years, GMD has been in charge of developing communication strategies, campaigns and content in Brazil and Latin America. In 2022, we created the campaign Beyond the Game which has accumulated over 2.5 million views, reinforcing the brand’s authority in the segment.
Our video series for Ubisoft Brazil accumulates almost 300 thousand views and has done something that had never happened before on the brand’s channel: brought in the chef Jimmy McManis, popularly known as Jimmy Ogro, to create a full menu based on Viking culture for the launch of the video game Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.
